Chief Executive Coach

About Georgina

Georgina Woudstra has spent over 20 years coaching CEOs and senior executives around leadership, transformational personal development, self-expression and authenticity.

She stands among only around 1% of coaches that are experienced enough to gain accreditation as a Master Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. This is the mark of the “expert coach”, according to the ICF and requires a higher level of specific training, mentor coaching, and logged hours working with an extensive number of clients, than any other qualification in the field as well as independent testing and evaluation.

Georgina is a graduate of Corporate Coach University and holds an MA in Change Management, an Advanced Diploma in Coach Mastery from ITS and a Certificate in the Supervision of Coaches, Mentors and Consultants from CSTD. She is also a member of the International Transactional Analysis Association (ITAA).

Helping the best achieve more

Georgina works with individual clients, executive teams and boards in the public, private and voluntary sectors. Her speciality lies in coaching new and established CEOs, and CEOs in the making.

Her clients include Doddle, Volac, Towergate, Microsoft, WSPA, Compare the Market, McKinsey, Barclays, Network Rail, BP, NHS, Capita, Sony, Deloitte, RBC, VT Group, BGL Group, RBS, Thomson Reuters, University of Birmingham, London Borough of Lambeth, Barclaycard, Warner Bros, BT, BP, Tesco, and TK Maxx.

Clients choose Georgina because of her warmth, her ability to gain trust and an approach focussed on the whole individual, their personal beliefs and aspirations, as well as their impact in their organisational system.

Georgina’s rich experience as a coach and entrepreneur and the breadth of sectors she has worked in are also important.

In their words

“I liked her experience of working with very senior leadership teams in variety of industries…I wanted to learn from business areas not confined to my own.”

“Georgina was able to quickly create an atmosphere of trust and confidence and that helped me unload some difficult stuff I’d had to deal with… I found it easy to establish a relationship with her.”

“I hit it off with Georgina. She has a very warm and open style of communication – very receptive. It is tailored and personal with Georgina.”

In her own words

“Everyone is different, so my approach varies from client to client. I aim to combine real presence and listening with a grounded psychological understanding and many years of business experience.

“I’m a firm believer in the power of increasing your self-awareness and self-leadership. It’s about being the best version of yourself. Without doubt, this is the most effective way to improve your performance and relationships.

“I’m direct, honest and ask the questions that others may avoid. I’ll help you feel clearer about who you are and able to discover your own authentic style of leadership, so that you know your strengths and what drives you.”
